Quickway Transp., Inc. v. NLRB

Nam v. Permanent Mission of the Republic of Korea to the United

McNellis v. Douglas County School District

Hamilton v. Amazon.com Services

Hitt v. CSX Transportation Inc
Jeremy Hitt, a Remote Control Operator for CSX Transportation, Inc., was terminated after receiving three workplace violations within a three-year period. In the summer of 2018, Hitt refused to work during a lightning storm, citing safety concerns, and later refused to operate the train at a speed he considered unsafe. Kemp v. Regeneron Pharm., Inc.

Patel v. 7-Eleven, Inc.

Skylar Meinhardt, a former professional soccer player for the Washington Freedom, sustained a left knee injury in 2001 or 2002.
